The Hallettsville Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture is thrilled to announce a Spring Carnival, March 28 – 31 to be held at the Lavaca County Expo Center.

This lively event is expected to draw between 500-1,000 people each day and will feature up to 20 different carnival games and 22 rides, including a 60 ft. Ferris wheel, the ever-popular tilt-a-whirl, a carousel and the dragon wagon roller coaster. In addition, guests can indulge in classic fair treats including corn dogs, funnel cakes, popcorn, cotton candy, caramel apples and spiral potatoes.

Bringing a carnival to Expo Center in Hallettsville is one of many ways we are creating a fun environment for our families, friends and neighbors in Lavaca County, while celebrating the hospitality of our beautiful and historic city.

This four day carnival is produced by Moore’s Greater Shows from Lyford. Moore’s has a 75 year history of producing memory making carnivals in Texas and other states.

The Chamber has tickets available for sale for the event! The pre-sale price is $25, $10 off the normal price of $35. These tickets can be exchanged for a wristband on whatever day you’d like to attend and is good for all rides at the carnival – as often as you can ride during the hours on that one day.
