Patricia (Patsy) Marie Novosad, 61, of Shiner, entered into eternal rest Saturday, April 13, 2024.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. with rosary at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 17 at Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 18 at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, with the Rev. Bryan Heyer officiating. 
Burial will follow at Shiner Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home, Yoakum.
Pallbearers are Jason Mikeska, Brad Mikeska, Adolph Novosad III, Nicholas Novosad, Stephen Novosad and Devin Pesek.
She was born March 21, 1963 in Shiner, to the late Eddie and Annie (Koudelka) Jungbauer. She was the youngest of three children.
Patsy graduated from Shiner High School in 1981. She married the love of her life, Quentin Novosad on October 24, 1981. She worked at SouthStar Bank in Shiner for the past 25 years. She was an active member of Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, as well a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and K.J.T. Society. 
Patsy enjoyed spending time with her family. She was so proud of her grandchildren and could be found attending all of their extra-curricular activities, sports, plays and recitals supporting them.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Quentin Novosad; daughters, Tracey Picha and husband John, and Courtney Decker and husband Tim, all of Shiner; son, Garrett Novosad of Shiner. Patsy was known as Mimi by her nine grandchildren: Jacey Picha, Evelyn Picha, Clara Picha, Quentin Picha, Wyatt Decker, Baylee Decker, Trey Decker, Brenley Novosad and Kylee Novosad; and sister, Barbara Mikeska of Goliad.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Edward Jungbauer; brother-in-law, Leroy Mikeska; and father-in-law, Adolph Novosad Sr.
Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Patsy to Shiner Catholic School.
