YHS Bulldog Baseball Team ends season with win against Cowboys

The Yoakum High School (YHS) Bulldogs Baseball Team concluded the 2024 season with a 4-0 win against Edna at Parents Night April 23 at home.

The Bulldogs scored one run in the first inning and brought in three across the plate in the fourth frame.

The Bulldogs picked up six hits at the plate with Ty Gordon going 2-for-4 with one double.

Wyatt Hanzelka assisted the Bulldogs with seven innings, five hits, three walks, and one strikeout. Brenten Jacob made 10 putouts on the defensive side.
