Miss Hallettsville Scholarship Pageant Takes place Saturday

The annual Miss Hallettsville Scholarship Pageant will be held this Saturday, Jan. 13 at the Hallettsville KC Hall.

Sponsored by the Hallettsville Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture, the Pageant will start at six p.m.

Admission to the event is $5 for adults, $3 for students and 10 year-old and under is admitted free.

Eight candidates will vie for the Miss Hallettsville title including:

• Zoey Armstrong is the 17 year old daughter of Sandra and Robbie Armstrong. She is a senior at HHS and is sponsored by Forrest T. Kroschel, DDS.

• Kelly Catto is the 18 year old daughter of Lynn Catto. She is a senior at HHS and is sponsored by Hallettsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

• Madilyn Camarillo is the 17 year old daughter of Luis and Candice Camarillo. She is a senior at HHS and is sponsored by Wolfpack Industries.

• RaeLynn Griffith is the 18 year old daughter of Chad and Amanda Griffith. She is a senior at HHS and is sponsored by Oak Grove Veterinary Clinic.

• Haven Johnson is the 16 year old daughter of Eli and Jennifer Sciba and Darrell and Brenda Johnson. She is a junior at HHS and is sponsored by Texas Land and Property.

• Jillian Faith Koerth is the 17 year old daughter of Charles and Daphne Koerth. She is a junior at HHS and is sponsored by Jalisco’s Mexican Restaurant and Bar.

• Karly Anne Rae Lowery is the 17 year old daughter of Shelly Lowery. She is a junior at HHS and is sponsored by Prosperity Bank.

• Peyton Pasak is the 15 year old daughter of Chad and Lauren Pasak and Gavin and Brittany Jasek. She is a sophomore at HHS and is sponsored by Texas Elite Therapy Team.

In addition to the crowning of Miss Hallettsville, seven candidates are competing in the Young Miss Hallettsville division and include:

• Rylee Caballero – nine year-old daughter of Carla Caballero, and Ernie and Kellianne Caballero.

• Caydee Johnson – 10 year-old daughter of Rachel and Phillip Johnson.

• Peyton Elizabeth Koerth – 10 year-old daughter of Daphne and Charles Koerth.

• Kyndal Lowery – nine year-old daughter of Kimberly and Kelly Lowery.

• Kara Rose Pavlicek – eight year-old daughter of Kayla Michalec and Chase Pavilcek.

• Kaylee Elizabet Whited – nine year-old daughter of Tammy and James Whited.

• Addisyn Mozisek – nine year-old daughter of Amy and Brent Mozisek.

There are four young ladies vying for the Little Miss Hallettsville, who include:

• Emerson Fojtik – six year-old daughter of Lindsey and Trent Fojtik.

• Byra New – eight yearold daughter of Melody and Clae’ New.

• Bailey Wallace – eight year-old daughter of Miranda and Joshua Lester, and Brandon Wallace.

• Kily Ann Marie Whited – seven year-old daughter of Tammy and James Whited.

Six young men are candidates for Little Mister Hallettsville including:

• Carson Bond – seven year-old son of Chelsea Bond.

• Christopher James DeBault – eight year-old son of Lynette and Troy DeBault.

• Prayden Harper – six year-old son of Aubrena Barnes and Pyree Harper.

• KeAndre Johnson – seven year-old son of Eli and Jennifer Sciba, and Darrell and Brenda Johnson.

• Axel Prasek – six yearold son of Amanda and Aaron Prasek.

• Trey W. Roberson – seven year-old son of Laura and Tim Roberson.
